I've tried so many times but he so close minded. He thinks I'm the one that's wrong. That's why I want to go talk to someone like a Counselor but he doesn't want to he says that would be waiting his time because he's not going to change anything  

Maybe you could apply for an income based apartment. You could stay there until you got on your feet. I've always said a broken home is better than a child dealing with his/her parents fighting all the time.

You can try to work it out but just remember it's not always the best thing just to stay in a bad relationship because you have a child with that person I grew up in a verbally and physically abusive home and it was never worth it in my opinion for my mother to stay for it robbed us of our childhood and we spent every day wondering what was going to happen next as well as giving us no real concept of what a relationship is. If you guys are always fighting and cannot work it out trust me when I say you’re better off leaving for your child then staying for things will only get worse the longer they continue.
