Worst case amazon has free returns

Yeah, I've found that Storm and Rugby are the cheapest, which are the two I prefer. Although I would love to get the Plum one for DD   She's going to use DS's old seat though until it expires though.

Amazon won't ship to my house -__- I live in a new house in a new subdivision and it says my address is invalid. Maybe a friend will let me ship to their house instead lol

Dunno if you saw these articles but they are what pretty much sold me on the car seats. I got two of them (one cobalt (pictured), one plum) for the kids.
& it's on the highest slot. The boot you're referring to is the grey plastic on the bottom of the car seat in the RFing picture (to the left of the red plastic) & it's required for RFing. The angle insert is literally a small piece of flat foam that goes underneath it

Thank you! At her 3 year appt three months ago she was 35 lbs, 37 inches tall. She still has another slot on her radian to go. I'm sure we'll see her rear face to 4, maybe longer.

Oh that's awesome! My DS is only a couple inches taller, so hopefully he will be able to RF til 4   That's my goal.
