Always in pain

posted 27th Dec
I'm always in too much pain to work out. Idk if it's my arthritis or what lately but I barely want to move. All I want to do is sleep from the pain. I come home from work and my knees have been swelling up lately. I just don't know what to do other than sleep and tell myself "It's ok, just work out tomorrow." But I keep putting it off.

Idk if there's anything I can take for my joints always hurting and swelling so bad. I just want to get in shape so badly but I just can't get up and do it anymore.

If you can, take a form of HA, I take Hylastin from purity products. (just google it)

It is the only thing that helps me get through day to day with all of my joint injuries and problems.

I am nursing an injury from a race earlier this month but as soon as that is better I will get running again. I just have to push through the pain. I know what is my "normal" pain and what is the bad ouchie hurt pain.

While it hurts to get moving, regular exercise can help lessen arthritis pain. You should talk to your doctor about low impact exercises that could help you.

It's been making it worse lately. My job keeps me really active. I've average about 5 miles of walking a day plus I have to go up and down ladders a lot. I can't seem to do push ups or squats anymore because they're hard on my wrists and knees. My doctor won't even listen to me. I've tried going to him to figure out what was wrong and he just tells me they can't find anything.

When I was 12 I was told I could have arthritis or maybe Fibromyalgia but then my parents stopped taking me to them because they thought I was making up being in pain for attention even though that one doctor said ya, there could be a problem.

MSM! It is amazing for join issues! My friends mom takes it for her arthritis and swears by it. I have only heard amazing things. In fact, there used to be a product it was created from called DMSO that my grandfather used and also loved it. XD

I really really suggest it. Might be worth a try

If it is fibro there might not be much you can do. I have heard marijuana helps though? I have a friend that has her medical card because of fibro and loves it a lot more then any of the medication the doctors gave her. Sorry you are in so much pain :[ Chronic pain is miserable. I hope you can figure out what is going on mama. <3

I used to smoke   I missed it. It helped so much. But of course, it's not legal in PA. I don't want to be on pain killers or anything. I've had bad experiences with them after surgery to the point where I wasn't going down a good path.

Where can I get the stuff you were talking about?

MSM can be found at any Whole Foods or amazon.com. They make MSM you can eat(pills and stuff) and they also make ointment for your joints. PA doesn't have medical marijuana? I am not sure how many states have it now days because mine does D:
