Good luck. My LO was MISERABLE when it got bad. Fortunately, we know the signs and catch it quickly.

I peek at her poop daily and limit bananas and milk/cheese and boost juice accordingly. We haven't needed anything besides that in about 18 months.

I'd say our biggest problem is milk, for sure. She ALWAYS wants milk. All day. She'll point at the fridge constantly and say "mil"   She likes cherry juice though, that's about it. Prunes never helped her either. Pear juice would make her go instantly when she was an infant, but not anymore. I'm just going to start giving her less milk, more water, more juice, and pears.

When Harper was younger she wasn't a big fan of juices.
We got the small cans of apricot nectar and a few others from Goya. Expensive for juice butbtheybhelped.
