Thanks a bunch AF!!!!! (Cravings vent)

I had planned on starting a 3 day cleanse today. AF decide to show up early and start last night. Today I started off great! Had my shake, went to the gym, had an apple for snack then BAM I went craving crazy half a loaf of bread, half a block of cheese, handful of Hersey kisses, pizza and almost a liter of coke. Oh wait forgot to mention I also made s'mores and ate 4 of them. Talk about a cleanse fail!!!!! AF and my need for comfort food!

Sorry for such a pointless post but looks like I'm due for a double workout tomorrow!

LOL Thankfully it was only that day. I was much more controlled the next day. Can't wait for our jumpstart!

The s'mores and coke came out again today. But thankfully I had less. Still felt guilty. Then Cody got blizzards with maja. Well at least I only had a small!

I haven't been too bad, I guess, but I have had a bunch of chocolate that I stole from tommy. and eaten after 7pm. but I've had enough water.

btw, road bump on 4 day plans... I can't do cold dairy right now because of BF'ing. that's going to be a problem with the food I am supposed to eat in the meal plan.
