Yes! I actually started today with the my fitness pal app. It went pretty well! I am going to be ordering Zumba online so I should start doing that soon. I'm almost 12 months PP and I am at 244lbs. (biggest I have ever been) So I wanna lose like 100 pounds and be the healthiest i've ever been. I know I have a lot to do and I wanna do it! sorry kinda vented there.... but I'm in

I wanted to start awhile ago but it was to much with the holidays so I decited to just try after the new year I'm 5'1 and 186lbs

Yeah soda is one of my big issues. Fast food also. I love the my fitness pal app its really helping me a lot to count my calories and only have 1330 calories a day.
