Worried
posted 27th Dec
My youngest son just turned 9 months old and we found out I'm 8 weeks pregnant with our third child. I'm a little concerned that since I just had baby recently that this pregnancy will have more complications and possibly be dangerous for the baby.

You should be fine
A friend of mine got pregnant when her son was 4 weeks old and then Pregnant again when her daughter was 5 months
All her babies are fine and as far as I know her pregnancies were good also

Your pregnancy shouldn't have any higher risk just because they're less than a year apart. Actually my middle baby and my youngest are a little under 18 months apart. There weren't any more complications than normal.

As long as your last pregnancy was healthy, and your healthy now, I wouldnt worry about it to much. I know alot of women who get pregnant within the fist year of being PP (myself included), and they have healthy pregnancys, and healthy babies.

My youngest kid is 5(almost 6) months old, and I am currently 5 weeks, 3 days pregnant. I am a little worried, but that is because I had complications with most of my other pregnancies.

I was speaking recently to one of my work colleagues and she said that her obstetrician advised her that 6 months is sufficient to let ur body recover then try again. At least ur kids will grow up together xxx

Don't be worried about complications. My DS is 7 months today and I'm 11 weeks.
