Mothers Milk Tea

I just wanted to know the results from the ppl who have used this product. Did it work? How long did it take for you to see results? And how many cups did you drink a day?

I've used it a few times. I noticed my milk supply had decreased after being sick (and nursing less) so I would drink 2-3 cups a day for 2-3 days, I noticed a huge difference.

I have tried two different brands, both of them worked but one of them tasted much better. Unfortunately I can't remember either of their names (if you lived here, I'd tell you which stores I bought them from  ).

Well ive read so much about the horrible taste but im willing to endure it   lol but Ive read such good reviews so I wanna try it... I was sick also and now my supply is way down... how many days do suggest taking it?

2 - 3 days worked for me. I stopped taking it once things seemed better. Also, nurse a lot during that time  . One idea I love is to have a nursing vacation, take your baby to bed with you and have lots of skin-to-skin time, nurse frequently. Of course, this depends on the age, I forgot to take a look  .
