From sweep or bloody show? (TMI)

I had a midwife appointment at 4pm today and had a stretch and sweep. The midwife said I'm 2-3 cms and I had a little bleeding when she was done. I went to the bathroom a couple times and no more bleeding but then just had a huge piece of plug with red streaks. I've been losing my plug in little bits over the past week or so. Could this be just from the sweep or could it be bloody show? Also, how long after bloody show did you go into labour. TIA  

ust the rest of your plug probably unless your having contractions i wouldnt get hopes up

I actually lost my plug about a week or maybe 2 weeks (I have to go back and look) before I went into labor it looked like a big eraser (best way I can describe it) then I started having my bloody show about 36 hours before I had her, it was a little bit a first streaked with a little blood then the next mornin it was a huge thing of bloody mucus then I had her 20 hours later.

you will REALLY know when it happens

I'm having a lot of cramps and back pain but I don't think they're contractions. Probably just from the sweep.

Yeah like I said I've been losing little bits without blood but the stuff with blood was HUGE. Very thick and lots of it.

Tons of thick mucus with streaks of blood mixed in. There wasn't a lot of blood but it was red not pink or brown.

i'd say it was just from the sweep, the show will cover a full pad
