I agree also that if your numbers are real low like that then you can eat a little more. You can kind of adjust what you eat as you go along. You will learn what foods make your sugar high, what you can eat more of etc.

They thought she would. They induced me at 38 weeks but nothing happened.   After being in labor at the hospital for 18 hours, they said that she was fine in there and sent me home. I ended up being induced again at 40 weeks and after no dilation, effacement, or progress, I was given a cesarean. They would NOT allow me to go even a day overdue because of the risks to the baby after 40 weeks.

yeah they said they wouldnt let me go over 40 weeks and that they'd probbaly take him at 39 i go back to the doctors on monday i saw the nutritionist today

I wouldn't be too worried. I had GD that was so bad it wasn't even being controlled by insulin, they upped my dose like 4 times with hardly any change and let me go till 40 weeks exactly. And her sugars were also perfect.
