I'm not sure where to start.

What do I need to be eating? How much exercise do I need to be doing a day? Do you know of any workout videos that would help me get in shape without being TOO MUCH for someone out of shape?

Most of weight loss is diet. So I would start with that, then gradually start exercising. A lot of people fail because they take on two large changes at once.
Drink more water, lessen your carb intake.

I feel great after doing Yoga workouts.

As for eating.. I would recommend more fresh foods and stay away from boxed foods. I have heard that it's easier for your body to break down natural foods over chemically enhanced foods. (Such as pasta Roni's etc..)

I prefer a Paleo eating style. Lots of meat, vegetables, and fruit. Not so many carbs or processed foods. Start slow with working out. A couple of laps around the block kinda stuff. I like the Zumba DVD's too. But I prefer walking and body weight workouts. This body weight circuit is my favorite.

i lost 3 dress sizes just on will power, water and counting my calorie intake (i even allowed myself a treat once in a while) ... it was hard for the first 3 weeks as temptation sets in.. however once you start to see changes it gives you the biggest boost of motivation ever then theres no stopping you.

i lost a lot of weight after DD by doing zumba. i prefer classes, but playing it on the kinect is a lot of fun too!
i had it for the wii too, but didnt like it at all on that. only the kinect

also, portion control, the times i eat, snacking healthy and frequently helped me a lot.

Do you drink pop? I lost 12lbs just cutting out the pop. (I jumped back on that bandwagon, but holy crap...it was really awesome).

Start off slow. First thing you have to realise, is it wont all fall off at once. If you dive straight in with a full blown diet and exercise, you will most likely end up failing. Start small. Drink only water, cut out all soda and sugar drinks. Have smaller portion sizes, more frequently, instead of 3 large meals a day. 5 small meals a day work better. Start walking more... even if it's just to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park further away from where you need to go. Once you feel comfortable in doing those things, then you can start making your meals healthier, and start taking 20 minute walks. Eventually you can build up to a full on healthy menu, and hour long exercises.
