selfish? (D&D)

I am not really sure what i think about the situation, because i am not in the situation. II have a family member who wants to have her fourth child. She doesn't work, but her husband does. However they are on food and welfare. They are a fairly younger couple. I was just curious of what you momas thought. Should they be ttc in their currant financial state or does it matter? Like i said, i am not in that situation, so i don't know how i feel.

I would not feel comfortable TTC in that situation.

I wouldn't personally TTC in that situation but it's no one's business besides their own if they want to have kids.

i think there gunna do it anyways if they want it. They'll juust get a bigger welfare check.

And why exactly does she want to conceive a 4th child? They are young, so they have all the time in the world.

Why does it matter to you? I don't care.........

im on welfare and concieved my 2nd child. I get what you mean but people are going to do what they want to do. My sister has always been on welfare and is about to have her 2nd child and abuses the system, while my family and i work and try to get off the system but everytime we start saving any kinda of money something always happens where we need that emergency fund

If they're on welfare they definitely probably shouldn't be purposefully trying to have another baby, they should be trying to better themselves and get off it. things happen and people on welfare get pregnant, that's no big deal but to be TTC no.

I would not TTC if I were in that situation. I would think a little badly of a couple who did that, but what can you do?

The word isn't "selfish," but it certainly stupid and irresponsible.

I agree. Selfish isnt really the an appropriate word for it.
