sick- go back to the doctor?

I've had a severe cold for about a week. Went to urgent care because I was worried it was something worse. I get walking pneumonia quite a bit, as well as bronchitis, sinus infections, etc. Blech.

She said it was just a cold and sent me home with antibiotics   and something for the cough (some random pill). Still waiting on the pharmacy to fill it.

Today, I'm wheezing like crazy (wasn't last night). And it blocks my airway. I cough so violently that I've peed on myself twice already. EWWWW.

Do I go back or go to a different doctor? Think there's anything else they can do?

The only thing they might do is a breathing treatment and prescribe albuterol.

I have advair at home already.   My chest hurts so bad

DD had the same thing a month or so ago and ended up being admitted overnight for breathing treatments every six hours and an IV because the stupid antibiotics they prescribed gave her intense diarrhea.
