I'm pretty sure I have a clogged duct/s..
My right breast is so sore and tender. I've tried everything.. BF, pumping, heating pads, hot showers, I am still in so much pain! If anyone has had this problem, how long did it take to clear up?? This is going on 2 days now, when should I start to get concerned?

My right breast was like that for the first two days after my milk came in, and then it cleared up. I took Tylenol when the pain got really bad, used warm compresses, and tried to nurse LO on that side as much as possible. I also massaged the sore/hard area while she was nursing.

If you get a fever from it.

When that happened to me I would get on all fours over my baby and the gravity plus them sucking cleared it up. I looked funny as heck but it worked.

Its never been this bad.. Even in the beginning, it was at least bearable. I really have tried it all..

I would call a LC or your OB then, because left untreated it could develop into mastitis.

I tried that, I even bent over and pumped with a manual pump in a streaming hot shower.
