Since the voters elected Obama, we ARE headed in that direction.
I don't think we will ever get.that bad, but the party in power wants to continue to spend and spend. I really can't understand how they sleep at night.

You might be right. Since O was re-elected, I have heard of many more layoffs. And, for "real world" examples of things getting smurffier, I have been a landlord for several years and it has never been so bad. Half of my tenants are paying late. I still don't have Decembers rent in full from some.
I've never brought food to some and I just did last week.

No matter who had won ... even if Bill Gates had of become President the outcome is gonna be the same. I was saying that before the election and was bitterly rebuffed.
