Did this happen to you after you had your child?

posted 27th Dec
I think I'm posting in the right spot...?

Anyways, after I had my daughter, it has been so hard to go #2.

Every single time I have to go, it either hurts really smurfing bad or it takes forrrrevvvverrrrrr to go. We're talking 15-25 mins just to take a little poopies.

Please tell me I'm not the only one whose bowel movements are all smurfed up after having a kid?? And if you have any pointers...please post.   If it helps any I had my daughter in July and since then things have not been the same AT ALL. Waaahhh.

more water and more fiber. That is really all I can suggest. Dont take laxatives because you can become addicted to them.

Fiber! They make the fiber you can put in your food & you don't even taste it. Also try some probiotics.

u can try a laxitive 1st to ''clear things out'' then increase your fiber and water intake to ''keep things moving''....a stool softner w/help untill the extra fiber and water kick in.
