A judge has to go over it and then it's done

You have to go to the courthouse and get the paperwork. It will be a packet that you have to fill out then return it to the courthouse with the fee ( here its 200 for divorce) they will send you a paper with the court date on it or a date to see the mediator. You and your ex will fill out paperwork with the mediator on visitation/child support/dividing assetts. The judge will sign them and then poof.. your divorced

So we will have to go to court?

Yeah because the judge has to approve it
