37 weeks now! 3 weeks till due date!! stress head

Soo i am freaking out about labour, i'm tired &stressed.. I cant remember the last time ive had a decent nights sleep!! So anyway just wondering if anyone has any tips.for labour &also what sort of things should i include in my birth plan as my midwife just.told me to write one for the next time i see her which os the 2nd of jan &i have no idea what to put or the sort of things i should be putting.. Sorry about spelling written on my touch screen phone!

Just relax. I know it sounds hard but if you get yourself worked up youre increasing your chances for high blood pressure and all sorts of other things. I don't think I really believed I was in labor but I stayed cool calm and collected and my labor was a breeze.

Definitely focus on relaxing! Its extremely hard i know but it is better for you and the baby in the long run and stay positive, whatever is going to happen will happen it is just your job to do the best you can.. During labor focus on the end result, yes at times it may be painful, but it doesnt last forever and once its over you will have that precious baby to look at! Good Luck! and its only as terrifying as you make it ;)
