Weird symptoms, advice please.

Day one: spotting, less than a teaspoon, dizzy, nauseous
Day two: Heavy bleeding, large blood clots, dizziness, nausea, very lightheaded, negative urine dip for pregnancy, all blood work normal, abdominal cramping, back pain
Day three: very light spotting, large gush of clear watery fluid (not urine) enough to soak through a pad and my pants, abdominal pain, quarter sized blood clot
Day four: light spotting, VERY dizzy, very nauseous, almost fainted, blood work still normal, negative urine dip, abdominal cramping

I feel like crap. I feel pregnant, I'd only be a few weeks, but any help would be much appreciated.
All the doctors have no idea what's going on.

If you were spotting then bleeding heavy with large clots and still spotting it really doesn't sound promising for pregnancy but I guess anything can happen. I think that you should see your doctor to find out if it is something else just in case it could be something serious.

I've had urine dips, blood work, ultrasound, ekg, blood pressures, etc, etc.
They're pretty much out of options

did you have a IUD removed recently? that happened to me after I got my paragaurd out, there was tears in my cervix.
