If you've been in pain for days and not able to keep anything down, you really should go to the doctors.

I doubt it's the flu. I tested positive for the flu three weeks ago, and I took antibiotics for it. It felt completely different than this.

I know I should, but I really can't afford it right now. I have the power bill to pay by next Friday and then the water bill will be due the week after, so I'm currently on a very strict budget.

Yeah, but if it's just something that will go away in a few days or something that I need to get medicine for, then all of those bills will still be there and they'll shut our power off. \: I can't risk that.

Sounds more like a bowel obstruction to me. Some people get partially obstructed, others get huge obstructions and can't pass anything.

I had one after my second c-section. Usually they want to put an NG tube in your stomach until it resolves- for the really bad ones, you need surgery. Mine resolved- but I took every medication imaginable (except for castor oil, lmfao)

Do more Miralax and if you can get them, maybe a suppository or an enema. You should think about stool softeners every day once whatever it is clears up.

Thank you so much! If it doesn't go away in two weeks, I'm going to go ahead and go to the doctor. I just had no idea what to do for it this time since it has been so much worse than the previous time I had it. \:

I could definitely be wrong but it definitely sounds more like that than like the flu IMO. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.
