Getting Frustrated!!

posted 27th Dec
I'm 38 weeks and I'm ready to have this baby! I'm tired of being sore, not being able to sleep, and not being able to breath! What could I do to make him come faster??

Walk, sex but nothing is really going to work unless baby is ready to come out.

Umm Nothing baby will come when it's ready. You can try walking some say it works, but that baby Gould bake as long as possible. The end of pregnancy is never comfortable. That's just what happens. Just know that it's almost over and the pain is worth it in the end.

You can't make him come faster. You can use Evening Primrose oil to help soften your cervix in hopes it helps delivery go easier. Baby has to be ready though & baby triggers labor through fetal lung proteins. http://www.drmomma.org/2008/01/fetal-lungs-protein-release-triggers.html

I'm 40 weeks on Monday...I can promise you that there is nothing that will make it go any faster. I'm just as ready as you are.

Don't try to force it >.< You knew you were in for 40 weeks when you signed up for breeding   Waiting another week or two is a lot better than having a newborn stuck in NICO or a bubble :-S Waiting till they are done baking is the best idea

The chances of a 38+ weeker going to the nicu is like slim to none... hope you have the baby soon girl!~ Im done too!

Really? Because I just read a thread on here where a bunch of 37-39 week moms were saying their babies came early and had a ton of problems.

There are women that have full term babies- 40weeks and the babies have to go to the nicu. So why take a chance and rush it 2 weeks before.

I'm 38+2 now & am desperate for our baby girl to be here. At 37 weeks gestation, the baby is fully developed... the last 3 weeks are just for the white substance to fully shed from the baby... so there is no harm or far of labour at 37 weeks...

I've tried walking and sex and nothing has worked, like everyone else said, baby will come when he/she is ready. I feel the same way.
