Ppl are so fricken stupid, makes me sick!! Just like the a-hole that drank hot coffee from mcdonalds and sued and WON!!! Wtf is wrong w ppl?!?!/?!

the 1 year old could stll fit the weight limits, which is 25.. but most definitely is over the other limit, which is being able to sit up.

While it is sad that there were deaths, I don't see how they would have happened if they had been watching their child.
Even with the bumbo recall....we had gotten our "old" bumbo at a garage sale. We didn't send it back in. I still used it, on the floor, with me sitting right there. Once my kids started squirming out I put it in the closet.

Yes. Its sad that the parents couldn't read and follow simple instructions....i mean whatta they want?! The manufactured to come to every house that buys one to make sure its being used properly?! Come on!!

my son is very long, which is where I was going with that one. The rock in play is shaped very weird. But yea like you said. If they can sit up on their own they don't need to be in things like that (rock-in-play).
