lol. I am NOT a misogynist by any stretch of the imagination.
An unintended consequence of having both parents working is the need for convenience foods. Convenience foods are often crap.
I'm not saying all women were great cooks decades ago. there was just less reliance on packaged crap and fast food.

look at our society. how's it working? dont get me wrong, i have decent/great male cooks in and around me. But, our society is geared toward prepared and fast food for conveneince and less focus on taking the time to make good, wholesome food.

Then that is the problem, and not feminism.

It's an unintended consequence of our society's "need" to have 2 earners as well as having so many single parents that have to work.
I'm not being critical of women working. I think it's an awesome improvement for women. but, you cannot deny the fact that people want convenience when they have schedules like they do today.
I grew up with a feminsit mom who worked hard. I credit her for my own work ethic. When there isnt a full-time person taking care of the household whther male or female, there is a tendency toward convenience. Our marketplace recognizes that as its common sense,

No it's a consequence of a society in which we don't engage in any physical activities. I grew up with sahm's and dads who fed their kids the same crap most parents feed their kids today, and so did my sister.

I'm refering to decades ago. You are 27 (according to your profile). LOTS of convenience crap available then as well as a society one in which after school activities where inside as opposed to outside.

If I worked there is no way I could feed my family as well as I do. It takes time to cook everything from scratch. But, it's worth it for me to ensure my kids health. We make sacrifices to make it work but good food is a top priority for us.

How is both parents needing to work a feminist issue? That's an economical issue.

I'm talking solely from the both people needing to work perspective.
Yes it definitely is a lifestyle issue as well. Not a feminism issue.
