Jae's party & baby pics

I'm about 3 days late on this, but her party was so much fun. This year, I just had something small at Chuck E Cheese on her actual birthday. She loved it! <3

I can't believe I'm a mom to a 5 year old. I know I'm still so young, but gah, it makes me feel old.. I can't believe she went from this cuddly perfect newb, to this big kid full of so much love, attitude and joy.



^ ^ Her aunt is paying for a years worth of ballet classes and we're opening the ballerina card that announces it.


lol and posting this one b/c I put on my Dad's hat to take a pic of myself, and my dad tried to photobomb me. He said he was being like Romo when the Giants won the WS.




and as for the baby, he had his second appointment today. He's already gained a whole lb at 3 weeks old, and grew an inch. The Dr said he's doing great for weight gain and should barely be a few oz over his birth weight. I think he's gonna be a solid little kid with the way he eats.




and this is a pic of me 10 days pp. Although, this is what I looked like 4 days after I had him. I really did lose all my weight right away. I just can't wait to get the ok to start working out so I can tone my flabby stomach up.

I wasn't very big with him, so I like to think I was all baby.

and omg yes, she won't shut up about her dance classes. I had to hide her leotard and tutus from her because she tries to wear them around the house and to sleep. I'm excited too. I can't wait to go to a recital.

lol a lot of his clothes are hand me downs, and the new ones were all gifts at my baby shower. I'm seriously loving those Carter monkeys though. The blue/brown are good colors on him.

i bet jae is excited for ballet. i took ballet classes when i was about her age and loved it. aj already has more features than the last pics i saw, so cute! beautiful family <3
