mommas that had 3 or more pregnancies?

I've been thinking a lot about the birth of this baby and wondering how well the Labor and delivery went for other momma's?
I tore a bit with my first 6 stitches, my second I had an episiotomy, that was about 16 stitches if I remember right. My 3rd ended up with an emergency C section . I guess I'm wondering with having scar tissue down there how bad will PP healing be if I have this one natural?

All three of mine have been c-sections, and so will this one. They seem to of gotten progressively easier, so I'm hoping #4 is no exception lol

If you don't mind me asking how was healing from your second C section? My first one was pretty normal not really a lot of pain and I healed up pretty good. I had 2 cuts one up and down from belly button to the pelvis and one straight across the bottom of my uterus to actually get my son out. also wondering how much time was there between pregnancies? there will be 21 months between my boys

I got pregnant with my second when my oldest was 15 months old....She was delivered 2 weeks before his second birthday. My second and third, were then 19 months apart. All of my incisions, both internal and external, with all pregnancies, have been bikini cuts.

My first c-section was an emergency section at 42+3, after 36 hours of labor. I was exhausted and in pain, and my epidural didn't work. I felt them cut me open, and than they put something in my IV and I don't even remember them pulling my son out. It was a REALLY rough delivery, and the next morning I suffered a pretty severe hemmorage. My son was 9 lbs 6 oz and 21.5inches.

My second c-section, was a scheduled c-section at 37 weeks. I'd wanted to attempt a VBAC, but my daughter had very severe heart problems (at 18 weeks they were dx and we were told our "best option" was to terminate and try again.) and they didn't think she'd survive the stress of labor, so...section it was! I went in to the hospital at like, 4, and they did all the preop stuff. They did the spinal block and things went REALLY well, it was great. She was born at 6:11
and was 6 lbs 3 oz, 17 inches long.

I found my scheduled c-section to be much, MUCH easier to recover from, as well as being easier emotionally. I knew what to expect, and my body wasn't exhausted from laboring...it was SO very much easier.

oh wow sounds like you had it rough momma   my son had a prolapse cord I got dilated to4 and everything from that point on went nuts . The nurse shot her hand up there to hold him off the cord and they rushed us into the OR. They put me under so fast ... next thing I know I'm awake , cut and the baby was out... they were rushing so much they actually cut his ear . He was only 7lbs 10 oz and 24 inches long so not huge.
I admire your strength to keep your daughter, that must have been so stressful ! I hope you have another really smooth delivery . I was kinda worried about having a second section but not so much now since talking with you!
