37 weeks! And back labor?

I know that early labor can last weeks or even months or whatever, but could I possibly be having back labor? With my contractions I get shooting pains up my spine, and in my hips. It's pretty uncomfortable. I didn't actually go into labor with my daughter, I was induced, so all of this is new to me.
And 37 weeks!

I had bh in my back, which means you'll more then likely have back labor while in labor. I did, and it sucks ass!!!

It could be bh, could be babies position during bh, or it could be early labor. Time the contractions, drink some water, go pee and either get up and move around or lay down (opposite of what you're doing) and see if they go away or slow down.

They're about every 3-4 minutes when they get regular, but they only stay for about an hour like that.

The joys of early labor/bh. I was like that the last 2 months of pregnancy. I hated it!!
