A menstrual cup. Maybe they are not marketed in Australia. I am sure they are though. Here is the US they sell them at all of the natural and organic places. Walgreens even has them. Google it. lo.

I like it, but I had never used a cup before, so it was my first experience. I had to cut the stem all the way off tho, it drove me nuts. I can feel it if it's in a weird spot, but a quick re-position and I'm good to go. You can't have sex with it though, like some other ones.
