Is there a way to make a blurry picture clear?

I have a picture of my parents and I for my college graduation but it's blurry   Is it possible to fix it?

Anyone??!! Please My father passed away this month and I would really love to blow this picture up for my house.

I used to have Corel PaintShop Pro and they had tools called "clarify" and "sharpen" that would do wonders to this photo, but I do not have the program right now. You can go to their official site and download a free 30-day trial. I would do this for you, but my trial has already expired. If you do download it, it is really simple! Just one-click for each tool and you're done!
