Well, my mom was paying for them to go to daycare. She put them in for us when I was on bedrest during my pregnancy with EJ and it was only supposed to be until I had him and was cleared by my doctor after my csection (so, like 2 weeks after I had him... 4-5 weeks of them being in tops). Well, every time I would say something about taking them out and them coming to stay with me during the day again she would throw a fit and be all "It's so good for them! And they love it! I don't mind paying it, let's just keep them in." and then would act like I was kicking her out of their lives if I insisted to, so I would give in.

Then, everything happened this weekend (You just read about it Batman... way too long to post in here lol) and DH gets fed up. He text her telling her he is tired of feeling like he is "indebted" to her for her paying day care and since she has, she acts like she has a right to make decisions for our kids and how we live. So he told her we were giving them the 2 week notice today. She then refuses to take the kids to day care these last two weeks if we are taking them out and I have no way of getting them there (DH leaves for work before day care is even open and I don't have a car during the days). So, we took them today, told them it was their last 2 weeks and they just aren't going to go after today.

Here it is u/s pic @12wks. The tech was so awesome she printed an extra pic for my daughter's birthday today(she's 7) she wrote "Happy Birthday Maddi" on the pic! I had it framed.

I do drive. We only have one car and DH uses it to get to work. No she doesn't know I'm pregnant.

Oh,OK now I get it, is there anyway you can drop him off at then you keep the car? I use to have this arrangement with my now ex. it was kinda crazy but since I had a more flex schedule I got to keep the car

Yup. She does this anytime we try to do something she doesn't like. I haven't wanted the kids in day care for as long as they have been but she would pull smurf like this and I would give in.

I don't know. It's all just stupid. And I keep waiting for the smurf to hit the fan and I really really am not wanting that to happen   Especially with how emotional I've been lately, I'll end up crying and she will tell me to stop being a smurfing baby, that if I wasn't such a smurf mom this wouldn't be happening... such love
