Lol. Why do you feel unprepared? I just don't know what to expect with my body, and emotions, and birth terrifies me. I know it's inevitable and I just need to suck it up, and I'm not really one to fear pain (I have two large tattoos, and three piercings other than the four on my ears), but for some reason, I cannot fathom giving birth lol.

Do you get the same excitement, anticipation, nervousness, all that jazz, as you did with your first pregnancy?
I think I'm just expecting there to be some kind of way I'm suppose to feel, but don't know what that is exactly. I know it sounds crazy, lol, but I feel like I've lost my mind at times.

With each pregnancy, I've had all the fears, excitement, everything... It's just like my first baby all over again. The only thing I wasn't nervous about was once the baby actually got here lol. It's like, I've done it before and know a little better how to keep a baby happy (what I told myself anyways lol).

You're pregnant. You have no mind for the next year or so

This is my 4th, I think i'm not as anxious/excited this time as I was with my first or 2nd, but i'm definitely more nervous and feel less prepared this time, even though i was TTC

I woke up this morning and wanted to eat everything in my fridge...

I was like that last week. I am so glad I got my appetite back. It's so relieving.. I never had m/s but I did have a whole week and a half to where I couldn't eat b/c I was never in the mood, like ever. I hate it

Idk if I have my appetite back or not... cuz I felt sick about half way through eating breakfast. Just for a quick second tho. Gosh, it would be so nice to have my appetite back. I miss food.

Radiologist read the ultrasound and the thing I thought was an empty second sac was in fact an 8 cm ovarian cyst and I have to have a follow up ultrasound in a month. I am at risk for miscarriage if this ruptures, but I feel ok about it since I had one with son as well that burst. Fingers crossed that it doesn't cuz that hurts like a mother

I had my hour and a half long history appointment yesterday- sooo boring.
They have us fill out a medical history paper that the midwife will go over at my 12 weeks appointment- so why I had to sit and fill it out yesterday.....?
They tell you what you can't eat, get a flu shot, get a whooping cough shot as well as any adult who comes in contact with baby.
And what to expect as far as appointments go until the end.

I did see my chart- and there was a note in there about how I as unhappy with my US done at the hospital asking the midwife who sees me next if they can get me in for a quick one  
So that made me happy!
Hopefully they agree and I'll get to see baby again on the 25th

An hour and a half medical history paper? Holy Geez. I just did mine online this morning and it was less than 20 minutes. Of course I had filled it out before when I had my m/c in July but still. It was only about 20 minutes. Yikes. My appointment on Monday is probably going to be about 30 if that.
