Yes   When I lay down I don't have that dip anymore between my belly button and pubic bone. It went from flat to getting a slight bulge. I'm excited!!

Yes.
I did one at 4 weeks.
(I forgot about my 8 week one so it'll be a week or so late  )
I plan on doing one each month.
I did the same with my son so I'm interested to see the differences!
