Wanted to get you guys take on this:

I was so excited when I found out I was pregnant that I pretty much told everyone I knew right away. I called/texted and posted on fb.

My hubby told his best friend, but other than that when his family asks, he just shrugs. Today his brother asked him over the phone if I was pregnant. He said i'd looked like I picked up weight. My hubby just said "idk, not confirmed yet". I'm just like   cuz i've been to the doc 3 times already. And had an ultrasound. Can you guys give me insight on maybe why he doesn't want to tell anyone cuz its starting to worry me.

No. He was adopted as a baby by an elderly lady, so really the only family he has is his adopted brother and sister. His brother is in his 80s with declining health, his sister is in her 40s and they all get along great. He didn't tell his brother the last pregnancy either, but thats because he told his sister first and she blabbed before DH had a chance to talk to his brother. I don't know if he's afraid that it'll worry his brother, since he's older, sick and suffering some dementia issues, or if he's scared i'll lose the baby? Idk. Its really strange because he seems more excited about this pregnancy, being as it was planned. He just doesn't want to tell people about it.

I'm dreading telling my family. I kind of just want to not tell them until I absolutely can't hide it anymore lol.

Lol. My mom always knows when I'm hiding something from her. My sister texted me and told me she said "do you think she's pregnant? She's been so nice lately and she didn't have any pads when you needed to borrow one even though her period was due a week ago. Why wouldn't she have pads?"

Lol I guess that's the good thing about my family never going anywhere. And I doubt I'll be able to hide it very long cause my mom lives right down the road and my grandmother lives one street over. And if I start showing like I did with EJ they will be able to tell pretty soon lol.

I just know they are going to make a bunch of stupid comments that will end up upsetting me and I want to avoid that.

My mom knows everything. I've never been able to keep a secret from her. Lol
