It is, unless you don't work enough hours in a calendar year or work for a business with less than a certain number of employees. It also doesn't apply if you are a contractor, self-employed, and certain federal jobs.

I smurfing love my job. I am reading out Parental Leave policy and I get either 11 weeks paid time off, 6 weeks paid time off & 6 weeks part time paid time off or 22 weeks of part time paid time off.

Yeah, absolutely. I've been at my job over a year, 200+ employees in the company, and work full time every week. So I'm safe there, at least. haha
