Pressure

Okay it's been 11 weeks since I had my son vaginally and I've not had any problems from start of pregnancy till now. I started my period yesterday and I cleaned up christmas decorations today doing some heavy lifting and I've had some serious lower back pain but tonight when I'm standing I swear it feels like another baby is about to fall out of vagina...is this a phone call to the dr or a normal pressure since i've started my period?? Help!!!
