any day now

Had my doc appointment today and because I fell earlier (nothing concerning. I basically did the splits) they hooked me up to a monitor for 20 minutes to keep an eye on the baby. He's all good. However, I'm in early labor. I can't feel them but I'm contracting every 2 minutes and I'm 3cm dilated.It could be any day now (or still weeks from now)! I'd like him to stay in at least another week (I'm only 36w 5 d). It's ver exciting though  

Sorry you fell. Exciting about baby though! I'm 37+1 and had tons of pressure. I'll find out tomorrow if I'm progressing, but I doubt it. No big deal though. I'm not in any hurry/

It is exciting. The last thing I expected was contractions every 2 minutes. It freaks me out because I was only in labor for 5 hours with my DD. With my.luck by the time I feel my.contractions I will be ready to deliver. Lol

I was induced so I'm still unsure about what exactly to expect. I'm waiting for a for sure sign of labor before going in. Like my water breaking or extreme pain.

I'm 2cm 90% effaced. I feel some pain, but mainly just tightness and cramping. I feel you. I have no idea if I am having contractions and progressing or not because of them. I feel like I am supposed to be doubling over and screaming or something if I have them. The doc said anywhere between 48 hours and 2 weeks. Oh Lord, I pray that it is no 2 weeks.

Anywho, I hope you get to 37 weeks, but it looks like you definitely are going well!!!! Heck, you might not even need any pain medication at all since your body is working hard with minimal discomfort already!

well at least your gettting somewhere! be happy about that. im 40 weeks 2 days and only 1 cm and 75% effaced... yea... no luck
