Still sucking his thumb. We have tried everything... pepper, nail bitter... we still can't seem to get him to stop sucking his thumb... any tips please??

My mom sewed mitts to the cuffs of my brothers PJ's lol he was older tho and sucked two fingers not thumb. Till his teens. But when he had them sewn he stopped for a long time. Lol
