Why only for girls? Shouldn't males be held just as responsible as females?
We had parenting in my high school. Mostly females took it but some males did. We went to the daycare trailers and interacted with the babies/toddlers which I think it a good idea...but actually taking care of real babies full time? SmUrf NO.

Probably because teenage girls are most often the idiots that want babies young for various reasons.

That doesn't mean the male doesn't still have responsibility. If he's stupid enough to believe a girl isn't going to do that and refuse to wear condoms that's his fault. Birth control is just as much his responsibility as it is hers.

I didn't say birth control, I said contraception. I've known more than a few crazy bitches that poked holes in condoms.

If he brings fresh condoms from his own stash every time then that isn't an issue. And if there is any doubt then he probably shouldn't be having sex. It takes two to make a baby. The blame shouldn't be solely placed on one or the other.

Nope. Well, an exaggeration, but just barely. I knew three at the time I was pregnant with my daughter, one of which succeeded and ended up losing custody when the baby was still really little. Then another 2 different girls that graduated with my friends class, and one of my sisters friends. as far as I know none of them succeeded though, luckily.

/shrug I don't see what him bringing a fresh condom has to do with parenting classes. You asked why everyone is saying the girls should have to do it. Answer: bitches be smurfing crazy. Even if they're not ones to sabotage BC, girls tend to be the ones romanticizing motherhood.

Are you having a laugh? You really think it should focus solely on females because the responsibility lays with them. Get real, there is plenty of girls that do not need to sabotage contraception due to the fact males don't care to use it anyway, there is plenty of girls who do not need to romanticize motherhood because boys again just don't care to do anything. Boys need to take part just as much as girls.

And there are plenty of boys putting the idea into their heads and helping them to romanticize it. The fact is if a child is brought into this world it has TWO parents and it doesn't make sense to just educate the one with the uterus.

Did I say that? No, I think it's a dumb idea for both genders and wouldn't help anything. Quality sex Ed would be money better spent and lower the teen pregnancy rate. She asked why everyone else was saying it. That is my assumption and I still stand by it. Girls need to be shocked sober more than boys do and that will hold true for as long as our society raises girls from a young age to want to be mommies and boys from a young age to believe that's girl smurf.

And i'm pretty sure the point of the class would be to get to them before they reproduce, so again, your point is irrelevant.
