beef stew help

i dont have beef or veg. stock, only chicken. all recipeies i find say you need beef or veg stock, but i dont remember ever using either of those...i remember some of it was tomato soup but i cant remember what else there was



anyone have a good recipe that doesnt use those?

I never use stock. I use beef, vegetables, one packet of beef stew seasoning, and water.

I use chicken sometimes when I don't have beef or veg and it tastes just as good. I would just use the chicken, nobody will know the difference.
