annoying eye twitch.

for the past week anytime I yawn, sneeze or cough, or make sudden movements my left top eyelid starts twitching, for like 30 seconds. idk but its rather annoying! lol how do I get this to stop? im not having muscle twitches anywhere else.. am i lacking some sort of vitamin?

I had that for a couple weeks this pregnancy. Weird!

Are you getting enough sleep? I always noticed that issue when I was sleep deprived.

I had that all yesterday for some reason, I mean it was constant. I figured it was because I didn't drink enough water so I drank a couple bottles before bed and it hasnt happened yet today.

i have been drinking LOTS of water though? like over 100 ounces a day.

Yeah I really don't know if they are related at all I just figured that I would try it. It was so random to because I can't remember the last time that happened and so many times in one day.

I had that throughout my pregnancy it was really annoying and I was drinking water constantly all day.
