piece of smurf!

Sunday night I went to pick up my kids for my normal parenting time... and my ex husband was gone with them. wouldnt' let me get them. I called the cops...he told them it was his time.. and my holiday doens't start until christmas eve at noon.

ok.. yes. but it was my NORMAL parenting time. We follow the normal schedule UNTIL the holiday. You don't get to just keep them you asshat! cops... did nothing...civil matter. WHy have court ordered papers if no one enforces them!

Also... divorce.. the only debt he took on.. was our back taxes... he didn't pay them. So,, they took 3,378 from MY taxes.. he won't even discuss paying it back to me. I can take him to court.. sure. but they'll just give me another piece of paper saying he owes it.. I ALREADY have that.. doens't mean anything

I'm tired of always trying to be the better person.. he's a smurffy person and always comes out ahead!

I'm sorry he's such a cockface and I know court orders are frustrating because no one enforces them.
If you take him back to court and address these issues can he be held in contempt?

my ex boyfriend did that when his ex wife pulled similar smurf. Cost him $4K... for his ex wife to be told... If you do this again.... xxx will happen. (for that to happen, he'd have to pay the fees to take her to court again in contempt)

in other words... would cost him $8 smurfing thousand for her to spend a night in jail in contempt..... for him to look like the bad guy in front of his kids.

court system is smurfed up.

Man that sucks. I'm sorry. I feel so lucky that I've never had to deal with the court system in any way. It seems so ass backwards to me.
