Happy 17months

My littlest bitty turned 17 months yesterday. Time flies. He is finally starting to look like a toddler to me instead of a baby. He does not talk much but understands so much. We had a wonderful Christmas. It was a treat to have a 3-year-old and a 1 1/2-year-old in the house to watch their wonder and joy. I haven't been on here in ages, but though I would check in to give the whole... we're still alive post  .

17 months! It feels like just yesterday we were ttc and look at us now, lol.

We had an awesome Christmas too. What did you guys do?

I snuck on here at work   ... I'll have to upload some pictures from Christmas when I get home. I've been over here awwing over Chloe's pictures. She is adorable!

Isn't it crazy!!? We had Christmas morning with just our family and watched the boys open presents. Then we headed over to my grandparent's house where the whole family gets together for food and presents. It was quiet and nice...I was feeling extra grateful to be around family this year.

We did five Christmases this year, lol. It was hectic but we love that our family is so gigantic. I was so glad to be home and have it be over last night though, haha.

It was DS's first Christmas though so that is always exciting. New year is his last first holiday. They grow up so fast  .

That's nice! We did 3 and that was enough lol! I couldn't believe that this was my boy's 4th and 2nd Christmases... actually typing that is a little depressing. Glad to hear you are doing well! I need to check in here more often   Are you guys planning any more kiddos in the near future?

Nope, hubby got snipped. How about you?

I thought two was perfect... but I really want a girl. We might be trying this year if we get a bigger place.. then I really want hubby snipped too lol

Ya there's always something. I wanted two of the same so they'd be closer, but we got one of each. I wanted to try for hopefully another girl and boy so they'd each have same sex siblings but I wasn't ready for the insanity. Then I thought what if I have another two girls or boys and then there's 3 of one and 1 of the other? Then I have to have a fifth, sixth...etc. so I said eff it I am done, lol.

I'm at peace. For what it is worth, boys and girls aren't any different. Til the teen years anyway and then you won't want a girl anyhow  .
