Baby name book?

I've been wanting to buy a baby name book and I happen to have a gift card for walmart so I was wondering if any of you ladies had one to recommend and I can see if they have it online? TIA

I have this plan I'm going to do with SO. We are going to get a blue and yellow highlighter and go through with our own color then see what each other likes then highlight over it so it turns green then when it gets closer to the baby being born we are going to go through with a pen and mark our absolute faves and go from there. We are having a horrible time deciding on anything together. Plus, I feel like it's more fun that way to actively have him involved in looking :]

Oh.. Well then I would have to say The Greatest Baby Name Book Ever

And I wish I would have thought of doing that, I just threw names out during the whole pregnancy and the ones we both liked closest to my due date stuck lol

the book I loved it was called "the name book".... next to the name it gives you a description of the personalities of people with that name!

I honestly felt awesome when I thought of that idea, lol. I'm always thinking of names I like and SO is just like "No." but then he never comes to me with any!

I think I found them both, idk which to get! I'm thinking The Greatest Baby Name Book Ever just because it has more. Hmm

Its really an awesome book!  

Ouch - be careful of baby name books. A lot of them are full of complete and utter crap lol. Baby Name Wizard is a good one, as is A World Of Baby Names by Teresa Norman, Oxford Dictionary of First Names - though I doubt walmart would have that one.

Just be sure to double check info online and be aware that 99.9% of "unisex" names in baby name books are just masculine names they stuck in the girls section - that part irks the crap out of me.
