Pee after sex

Is it totally a bad idea to go pee right after having sex, if you're TTC?
I know some women lay there with their butts propped up and some even just go to sleep right after....but me? Nope, I can't do the second of those, lol. I ALWAYS want to go clean up afterwards and usually have the urge to pee afterwards. So I was just curious...been ttc for awhile off and on and well, I thought about it today.

It's actually recommended that you pee before and after sex, regardless TTC or not. Honestly, if you are going to conceive, the sperms are already in there enough that a little wee won't pull it out. Anything you wipe away are just extras ;)

Yeah smurf that. I have to pee right after as well.  
Even if I go pee before hand.

Yeah me too, I almost always pee before as well as after.

You could just wait 5 minutes, but like the others said, it shouldn't matter.

Absolutely not. You are supposed to pee after sex anyway, to avoid UTIs.
Propping your butt up in the air isn't necessary either. There are millions of sperm ejaculated in such a small amount; and not much falls out.
I hated the dripping after sex, so I would go to the bathroom right after, wipe up, and even push some semen out after sex, and was able to conceive first cycle.

I would say no. I always get up right after sex and this little booger still got there.

I've read that the extras that come out after sex is really just excess semen that the sperm are already heading up the stream to your uterus and hopefully your follicles. So it doesn't matter if you get right up or not. Me personally, I wait about 5-10 minutes just for added security but it hasn't worked for us yet so maybe i should just start getting up right away. Maybe then it'll work lol.

I lay in the bed for 5-10 minutes afterward then I go pee. I could never go to sleep without going to pee lol

Thank you!!   I took the picture, it's a 'Spin the bottle' hibiscus. I have three different kinds of hibiscus, I absolutely love the flowers...even have 'em tattooed on my back
