You can try preseed lubricant, timing with OPKs, charting your BBT temps with a BBT themometer, you can use instead cups after you have sex it helps keep the spermies up in there, use the pillow method, and from there it pretty much goes medical. You could also invest into a clearblue easy fertility monitor

It's similar to a prenatal vitamin, but it is a careful blend of all the things you need to enhance your fertility and get your hormones on track to get pregnant within a few months. I was thinking of trying fertibella if I didn't get pregnant by next month. I'm also gonna get some fertility blend for my husband to see if it helps. This month will make a year we've been trying.

This is such good advice...just relax and it will totes just happen. Not thinking about it relaxes the cervix which allows more swimmers to get in there. Good luck!
