DS has been sleeping on..

This for the past 3 nights!! He loves it and refuses to sleep in bed with me. I ask him if he is comfy and he says he is and is excited to sleep there every night. Should I do something about it?



We have been co sleeping for the past 6 months because we moved into my brother's house and there is no space for another bed in our room. I know he loves sleeping with me because he has invited me to sleep on the tiny bed. Idk if it's ok for me to let him sleep on that thing. Another thing I wanted to ask, since he loves it so much and the bed is not actually his, should I get one of those for himself? My nephew doesn't really like sharing it so I wanted to buy but wwyd?

I think it's fine, my son slept on one for a few months after the new baby came.it helped him adjust.

I'd buy him one, they are only like $20

why not if he loves it then get him on itwont hurt him

Yeah I know, he had his own bed at our place and always loved sleeping on his own, I guess he missed it. I think I'll get it for him and give it to him on his bday (Jan 3rd).

Id buy him 1, take him to toys r us or walmart I've seen them there,

Jade hated her crib at 11 months, but was too tiny for a toddler bed, so we got her a princess pull out couch, she slept on that till she was like 18mos... she's 3 now and has a big bunk bed, she sleeps in every night... if it makes them happy, and isn't dangerous, they can do it  

If he's comfy I say don't worry about it. I've considered one for our room since DD always ends up on my floor (ad then in my bed after DH leaves for work). I THINK we're going to try to get her a twin bed before the baby gets here tho instead.

Yeah I will. He's almost too big for it since he's about to turn 5 but for $20 it'll be worth it until he doesn't want it anymore.

We paid like 60.00 for that dang couch lol, but she used it till I felt comfortable getting her toddler bed, so it was worth it in end...  

Let him move to his own bed if that is what he is ready for   If he isent complaining of a sore back or problems sleeping than it should be totally fine! He looks so happy!

He has always loved sleeping on his own bed, we just don't have space here but we do have space for the one he is sleep on right now.
