DH ruined Christmas dinner..

He decided to get an attitude with me while we were waiting in line and I warned him today was not the day to be smart...yet he continued...so I took DS and walked out.

Now I'm smurfing starving.

Why the smurf can he not just shut his mouth. DS first Christmas is ruined. Mission accomplished, dickhead.

I wouldn't let someone else's bad attitude ruin Christmas dinner.

If you were so worried about ruining your son's first Christmas I would've sucked it up and dealt with SO being smart with me instead of walking out and ruining the night myself...

I really didn't feel like sitting there with him because of his attitude. It SUCKED. I asked him to put the pacifier back in the diaper bag and he literally yelled at me right in front of everyone... out of nowhere. So I told him next time he raised his voice we would just leave and he could starve...and he yelled again, so I left lol.

That's pathetic on BOTH of your parts. Your son is only one so thank god he won't remember but smarten the smurf up, this is your child's Christmas you both need to grow up and get it together or separate. If you can't even play nice on Christmas you need to start fresh.

This exactly, I would have ignored it and went on as usual. Talked about it later when the situation was diffused and we were in the privacy of our own home, I'm not into making a scene.
