What should I do?
posted 25th Dec
DD's dad picked her up at 1:30 today and he was suppose to bring her home by 7. it is going on 8 and she isn't home yet and his phone goes straight to voice mail. He took her for 2 weeks when she was a baby and went into hiding. I have full custody now and I am temped to call the cops. Should I wait a while longer or call them?

Seeing that he has taken her before, I would call now.

I would call. Running a few minutes late is one thing. An hour late is another.

Hm, because he has a history of taking her, I'd call now.
But if there wasn't a history I'd give him 1 hour longer before getting too worried.

That's tough. They could just be having fun and he lost track of time (irresponsible of him but) idk what I'd do in this situation because he took her before.

I would call because if he was going to be late, he should have notified you.

Call, mine has the same history. But it doesn't matter it is almost the same in ANY state that 15 minutes is the safety net after that you should of had a call from them stating they are running later.
