4 year old bed wetting

My daughter (almost 4 in 1 week) has started wetting the bed about 3-4 weeks ago. She's been potty trained for over a year already so I'm confused as to why this has started. The only thing that has changed in her routine is that she would usually stay up until we were all ready to go to bed and lately she's been falling asleep on the sofa. So I've been making sure that when I see her dozing off, I take her to the bathroom so she can go before she falls asleep. I also told her that if she wet the bed, she wouldn't be able to watch cartoons the next day. The first night, she still had an accident so no cartoons. And the next few nights, she didn't have any accidents. yay! But yesterday, while we were at my parents house, she was playing on my dad's ipad and she just peed while standing there!   So my dad told her that she couldn't use the ipad anymore bc only "big girls" can use the ipad. So Im just wondering if this is normal? Also if you went through this with your kid, how did you deal with it?

I would let him know its not ok to shame her. Regressions are a normal part of development. Their little brains are learning so much and developing so fast.

my son is 6 and still wets the bed not every single night but it still happens i just have him wear a pullup to bed
