arthritis in hands already?

my joints in my hands hurt and are sore suddenly for a couple of days. my job requires lifting of heavy items and some labor...i dont know if this is temporary soreness or if a sign of something more serious developing like arthritis. im only 28 i think im too young for that? maybe not..

I got arthritis at 21 does it run in your family maybe

i hope not. my knkuckles r swollen and hurting though. my wrists and left knee as well.

I'm 34, I've had moderate arthritis in almost all my joints, including my jaw since I was 29. They contributed my lower joints to pregnancy.
