Hillary Clinton has made me proud of women. She has shown that women actually have a chance at the White House, for the first time. I would shake her hand if I could. Granted, I've supported Obama all along. But I would have been happy with Hillary. She's a strong, intelligent woman and would have made a remarkable President.

seems although its unlclear since everything isn't said and done. clinton is not the popuar vote winner if you follow the rules that were set in place for the democratic party and give obama the votes for michigan for not being listed on the ballot with clinton.

either way is a close call. this country is divided right down the middle.

Hillary turned into a stalker. I felt embarrassed and ashamed. And the only reason why she is 'suspending' her campaign on Friday (the dingbat still wont quit) is because Nancy Pelosi TOLD her to!!! I am proud of people like Nancy Pelosi. To hell with Hil! She did win the popular vote IF YOU COUNT MICHIGAN AND FLORIDA! She always conveniently leaves that fact out. Geraldine Ferraro set the standard and at least she had the kahunas to call it quits in a timely fashion. The good news in all of this is that she has a snowballs chance in hell of being his running mate.

To the contrary, her actions in the last few weeks have made me ashamed to be a woman at times. Her hubris and ambition have blinded her to the issues, from the schoolgirl sarcasm attacks on Obama to the snide remarks alluding to his assassination among other things, she's proven herself to be no more than the garden variety crazy old lady. It's even affected the positive image I had of her husband. When it appeared she was not going to make the nomination, instead of stepping down and rallying behind Obama in order to unify the Democratic party, she dug her claws in even deeper and put a huge divide in the party, to where some of her supporters are so bitter about it they will not vote in the general election, or vote for McCain instead! If the Dems lose this November, it is at least partially her fault. We were ready for a real woman in the white house, not another power-hungry maniac who's been chasing it so long she won't know what to do with it when she finally catches it.

Not happening. Obama will not be selecting her as his running mate. If he was, he would not have established a committee to spend time researching it for him. This is exactly what she gets for being bull-headed...nan-nan-nan-nan
